Watch them grow!

I thought you all might like to see how much our little babies have grown in the last three months!

Here are some photos of our preemies, Small and Cupcake.

They were so tiny! We were afraid to handle them.

Here are Small's then and now pictures.

And here are Cupcake's...

It's been so much fun to watch them grow! Small was 1.8 kg when he came to us at 1 month old, and Cupcake was 2.5 kg and 2 months old. They are now nearing 5 kg! Cupcake is known by the caretakers as the "magogo" (Grandma) of the house since she is the oldest (even older than Princess, who is much bigger than her!)

Princess was one week old when she arrived.

She was so young and woke up every night to cry.

Now she is sleeping through the night most nights! She is developing a personality and likes to smile and laugh. She still likes to be held a lot!

Little Guy was one of two babies who were here when I arrived. Doesn't he look like Princess in her first picture? We call them our "twins." (The preemies are the other set of "twins.")

Now he's enormous, and sporting a double chin. Speaking of which, his blog name no longer fits him - so we'll refer to him as Big Guy. He insists he is a growing MAN and needs to be fed OFTEN. He makes this need known by loud, lion like roars (usually in the dead of night). He's convinced he wants to be a BIG STRONG DUDE and needs to drink his milk!

Squishy has gotten quite a bit bigger too. All of the clothes that fit him when I got here have now been passed on to Big Guy.

He is 9 months old now and is sitting up alone and army crawling (but only backwards). He rolled over once or twice to show off, then decided that is for sissies. He made his first escape yesterday - backwards out the patio door. He likes to joyfully wave his arms around, pull my hair, and always likes to have a buddy nearby. He LOVES Baby Einstein (maybe a little too much...).

I'll leave you with a couple pictures of Owlie! She hasn't had time to get big yet. She is two and a half weeks old now.

She might be sleeping here (in the daytime) but she is living up to her nickname! She is still so little and new. =)

Well, that's all for now! I hope you enjoy watching them grow as much as I do. =)
